• 2 of 'one bedroom apartment' in upper and ground floor

• Sorry no swimming pool here (If you want swimming you can go to the sea very close here!)
• No pets allowed
• These are non-smoking apartments - Smoking will only be permitted in outside areas.
• Car is recommended (But if you want to stay without car, Buses pass from here outside the apartments From Pahiammos to Polis few times a day except Sunday. A taxi call is available 24 hours  a day)

Apartment's  bedrooms arrangement:

Two bedroom apartment No.103: Double bed in the one bedroom and double bed +  bed of 3'6'' in the other bedroom, also a sofa-bed of 3'6'' in the lounge area.

• All the apartments have a bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment.
• The Studios have a shower cubicle instead of bath.
• All the apartments have in the bathrooms bell button for emergency's

• Every apartments has it's own private balcony with sea and mountain view, all equipped with table and 4 chairs.
• The 'two bedroom' apartment have 2 balconies with  a table and 6 chairs in the large balcony and table and 3 chairs in the small balcony.

In addition all the apartments spaces (bedrooms/kitchen, Lounges) are equipped with Ceiling Fans Free of charge.

Linen and Towels:
Provided once a week and includes towels, sheets, and blankets.

• For the 'two bedroom' apartment: 4 armchairs, 1 of 3'6'' sofa-bed and coffee tables.
• For the 'one bedroom apartments': 2 armchairs, 1 of 3'6'' sofa-bed and coffee tables.
• For the 'Studio': 2 armchairs, 1 sofa-bed or cot and coffee tables.

• Radio FM/AM for local stations
• Digital TV 22" at the lounge areas and TV 14" at all the bedrooms
• Internet Connection at the apartments: It's available Wi-Fi or wired (optional) at a small additional cost of €5 per day.

• Fire fighting extinguishers
• Emergency lights covers all the stairs, exits and main area of the apartments in case of electricity failure.
• The whole area of the apartment and garden is enclosed by 1m high wall with gates. This feature makes the apartments safe for families with small children.

Akamas Peninsula, Bath of Aphrodite (Goddess  Venus), Latchi and Polis tourist attraction, Latsi &  Pomos fishing harbours.

• Nearest Supermarket and restaurant - 1 minutes
• Sea  -few seconds on foot
• Latchi harbour & tourist attraction - 15 minutes
• Polis tourist attraction - 10 minutes
• Pomos village - 3 minutes
• Tsada Golf-ground - 25 minutes

• From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the  motorway you will find a Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous. You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn right and drive Eastward. You  will find the consecutive villages by the coast road: Argaka and  Ayia Marina. The apartments are situated on the main road of Ayia Marina 500 meters from the beginning of the village in your right side. (You will see our sign " Astrofegia apts "). Normal driving it's takes about 40 minutes to come.

• From Larnaca Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town, the follow the instructions above.

Note for Rental rates

• Prices are:
• For up to 2 persons occupancy for the 'Studio'
• For up to 3 persons occupancy for the 'One bedroom apartment'
• For up to 5 persons occupancy for the 'Two bedrooms apartment'
• 1-2 additional person/s can be accommodated if it's possible for a fee of 5.00 Euro per day per person.
• The prices above include all local taxes and expenses of the apartments.
• Air-condition use (optional) charged €5 per day, per unit.
• Internet use: Wi-Fi or wired (optional) charged €5 per day

    Booking Policy:

       A non refundable amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of firm  reservation to 'secure' the reservation. 

    The deposit can be paid by:

• Preferable by PayPal (see below)
• credit card (Master Card, Diners Club, AMEX or visa). 
• Banks transfer (for that we can give you our banks Account)

The balance it's required to be paid by cash or card on arrival at the apartments.
