Two bedroom apartment No.103: Double bed in the one bedroom and double bed +  bed of 3'6'' in the other bedroom, also a sofa-bed of 3'6'' in the lounge area.

• All the apartments have a bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment.
• The Studios have a shower cubicle instead of bath.
• All the apartments have in the bathrooms bell button for emergency's

• Every apartments has it's own private balcony with sea and mountain view, all equipped with table and 4 chairs.
• The 'two bedroom' apartment have 2 balconies with  a table and 6 chairs in the large balcony and table and 3 chairs in the small balcony.

Provided once a week and includes towels, sheets, and blankets.

• For the 'Studio': 2 armchairs, 1 sofa-bed or cot and coffee tables.

Important Notes:

• The operation (optional) of the computer & internet connection will be charged at the rate of  2.00 CYP per hour  (accepting coins of 50 Cents for every 15 minutes)
• In addition if you want to connect your own laptop to the internet (Ethernet port) in your apartments will be available with the cost of €5 per day or if you want to have the apartment's common computer (in the reception area)  24 hours unlocked for you (no coins will be required) with internet connection online 24 hours, this will be available with the cost of €10 per day
•  For safety reasons no any data will be stored to our hard drive protecting your privacy and also our machine from viruses. (A special program will delete all the data after the computer is shutting down)
• In order to save your work please store your data prior you shut down the computer using removable medias (as floppy disks, Cds, DVDs, flash cards, memories sticks...)
• The printer will be for limited use only, if you want to make extended use will need to replace the cartridges or pay the equivalent. (You may buy your own cartridge for unlimited use)
• The room where is the computer IS AIR-CONDITIONED.

• Fire fighting extinguishers
• Emergency lights covers all the stairs, exits and main area of the apartments in case of electricity failure.
• The whole area of the apartment and garden is enclosed by 1m high wall with gates. This feature makes the apartments safe for families with small children.

Akamas Peninsula, Bath of Aphrodite (Goddess  Venus), Latchi and Polis tourist attraction, Latsi &  Pomos fishing harbours.

• From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the  motorway you will find a Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous. You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn right and drive Eastward. You  will find the consecutive villages by the coast road: Argaka and  Ayia Marina. The apartments are situated on the main road of Ayia Marina 500 meters from the beginning of the village in your right side. (You will see our sign " Astrofegia apts "). Normal driving it's takes about 40 minutes to come.

• From Larnaca Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town, the follow the instructions above.

Note for Rental rates

• Prices are:
• For up to 2 persons occupancy for the 'Studio'
• For up to 3 persons occupancy for the 'One bedroom apartment'
• For up to 4 persons occupancy for the 'Two bedrooms apartment'
• 1-2 additional person/s can be accommodated for a fee of 4.00 CYP (6.00 Euro) per day per person.
• The prices above include all local taxes and expenses of the apartments.
• Air-condition use (optional) charged 3.00 CYP (5.00 Euro) per day, per unit.

    Booking Policy:

       A non refundable amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of firm  reservation to 'secure' the reservation. 

    The deposit can be paid by:

• credit card (Master Card, Diners Club, AMEX or visa).
• Western union.
• Banks transfer (for that we can give you our banks Account)

The balance it's required to be paid by cash or card on arrival at the apartments.
