• The use of Air-conditioning units (for cooling) are optional  are charged extra with the additional cost of €5 per day per unit.

• In addition with the A/C where can be used for heating as well, we have established central heating units which is better for the winter season and those are included in our price (if you need that pls inform us to turn the boiler ON)

There is a common and private balconies for the bedroom upstairs overlooking the pool and sea. In addition there is a big veranda in the front of the pool for the the downstairs bedroom.

There is a professional BBQ in the outside area of the villa where you can cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". For that there is the appropriate equipments.

• From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the  motorway you will find a Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous.  You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn right and drive Eastward to the next village of Argaka, then next village of Agia Marina Chrysochous. From the beginning of the village in a distance of 2km you will see the Church of Ayia Marina located in the right side of this main road you drive. Just 50 meters before the church turn right to the road (there is a sign 'Chariana villas'). In about 300m from this point you will find the primary school in the left side of the road, you will continue straight for another 200m where you will find the 'Chariana villas' on the left side of this road (there is also a sign). The owner will be there waiting for you.!
• From Larnaca Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor way you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as above.
