• There are 5 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating covering all the areas of the Villa and the use of them is included in the villa's price.
• Those are distributed: one in each bedroom and two units covering the area of lounge, dining room and kitchen area (open plan).
• The use of Air-conditioning/heating units are included in the price of the villa.

Outside area:

The outside area is very spacious and clean having a beautiful garden.

Barbeque: 
There is a portable BBQ with grill located in the outside area of  the villa (near the swimming pool), there you can cook your grilled meat using charcoals.

Parking:  
There is covered parking for 2 cars in the villas area.

Time to go by car To central points / Amenities:

• Paphos Airport - 45 minutes by car
• Paphos City - 35-40 minutes by car
• Larnaca Airport - about 2 Hours by car
• Nearest Supermarket - 1 minutes by car 
• Nearest restaurant - 5-10 minutes by car.
• Sea - few minutes walk.
• Latchi harbour & tourist attraction  - 15 minute by car
• Polis tourist attraction - 10 minutes by car.
• Tsada Golf-ground - 30 minutes by car

• From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the  motorway you will find a Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous.  You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn right and drive Eastward. You  will find the consecutive villages by the coast road: Argaka and Ayia Marina. After the end of Ayia Marina village you will see the sign "NEA DHIMMATA", then continue straight on the main road and  after about 300 meters turn right to the mountain (at this point will see a small directional sign of "ERATO VILLA") and drive for about 50 meters, then turn left and drive for about 100 meters, then again turn right to the mountain and drive for about 100 meters. The villa in your left hand site.
   
• From Larnaca Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor way you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as above.

• Prices are for 1- 6 persons occupancy.
• 1-2 additional person can be accommodated for a fee of €25.00 per person per day.
• The prices above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.
• Air-condition use is included in the villas price.

• A non refundable deposit amount 25% of total rent is payable at the time of firm  reservation to 'secure' the reservation.

• Banks transfer (for that we can sent you our banks Account).

The balance:
Is required to be paid on arrival at the villa only by cash.
