Swimming Pool:
Private swimming pool 9x4.5m with 6
sun-beds and
2 umbrellas. We take care about the maintenance
and cleaning of the pool every 2-3 days or when this
needed.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs
all with it's own bathroom, also all the bedrooms have panoramic sea view. |

bedroom upstairs have a double bed with un-suite facilities (W/C, bath and
washbasin) |

other bedroom upstairs have a 2 beds of 3'6" with un-suite facilities as

The 3rd
bedroom downstairs have 2 beds of 33'6" with separate bathroom. (not
en-suite with W/C, wash basin and shower). This bathroom can be also used
for al the quest downstairs. |

in each bedroom (total 3), and 1 in the lounge and kitchen area.

Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the
additional cost of

per day per unit.

any no. of units when you arrive at the villa

Fireplace:
In the corner of the lounge area there is a
traditional fireplace. This makes a natural warm climate and also makes a
good atmosphere for the romantics in the winter! |

Directions to
the Villa:
- From
Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T'
junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and
drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to
Paphos. At the end of the motorway you will find a Roundabout. At
the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous.
You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn right and drive
Eastward to the next village of Argaka,
then next village of Agia Marina Chrysochous. From the beginning of the
village in a distance of 2km you will see the Church of Ayia Marina
located in the right side of this main road you drive. From this point
continue drive for another 500 meters, then you will see our sign
'KAMPOS VILLA' (just in the small bridge in left bend of the road), then
carefully turn right and follow the intermediate signs, the villa is
located 1200m from this point. The owner will be there
waiting for you.!
- From
Larnaca Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using
the motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor
way you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as
above.

Policy:
- A non
refundable deposit amount 25% of total rent is payable at the
time of firm reservation to 'secure' the reservation.

The balance:
