Location: The villas are situated in the sea-view village of Anarita, just 10 minutes drive from Paphos center and 5 minutes from nearest beach.

• Each villa has it's own private swimming pool 4x8 meters 
• A Jacuzzi with 2 ejectors is located in the shallow-end of the pool
• This pool Jacuzzi is also used as roman steps to enter the pool
• Also each swimming pool includes 6 sun-beds and 3 umbrellas.

• The other 2 bedrooms have each 2 single beds and a common bathroom upstairs as well.
• The Villa No.1 instead of bath has a Jacuzzi.
• Another common bathroom there is downstairs.

• TV 21'' with Satellite and local channels located in the lounge downstairs.
• Hi-fi system with radio, CD and cassette player.

• There are sea view balconies and verandas accessed by any bedroom.
• In the surrounding of the villas area there is a beautiful garden with grass

• There are 4 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating for all areas of the Villa.
• Those are distributed: 1 in each bedroom (total 3), and 1 in the lounge and kitchen area.
• The use of Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the additional cost of 3.00 Cyprus Pounds per day per unit.
• You may select on request any no. of units when you arrive at the villa

• Larnaca Airport - 1.5 Hours by car
• Nearest Supermarket and restaurant - 2 minutes walk
• Sea - 2 minute by car
• Coral Bay tourist attraction - 20 minutes by car

Directions to the Villa:

• From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T' junction and turn right towards Limassol. After about a 500 meters you will see the sign 'Anarita', then turn left to find the Roundabout in 50 meters, then follow the sign to Anarita village. In the distance of 800 meters from the Roundabout in the main road of Anarita you will see the 'Matsas villas' in your left side. The owner  will be there waiting for you.!
• From Larnaca Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the motor-way, then about 8 km before Paphos town you will find a sign to 'Anarita village', follow this road to find this small roundabout, then follow the same instructions as above.

Booking Policy:

• A non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of firm  reservation to 'secure' the reservation. 
• If the arrival time is more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent the villa for 14 days or more instead of the 30% deposit, you may alternative pay 10% at the time of reservation  and the other 20% to be paid 3 months before arrival. 

You can send the deposit by:

• Credit card (Master Card, Diners Club or visa).
• Banks transfer (for that we can sent you our banks Account).
• Western union.

The balance can be paid the first or second day of arrival at the villa:

• By cash in local currency or equivalent in UK Pounds/ US Dollars
• Travellers checks in Euro, US dollars or UK Pounds are also accepted
• Sorry for this villa we don't accept balance payment by card

Special discount

• If the 70% balance amount will be paid 3 months before arrival by bank's transfer (optional) you have a 5% discount in that amount.
• If you wish to pay the full amount by bank's transfer from the time of reservation (optional) we can make you a 5% discount in this full amount.

• Prices are for 1- 6 persons occupancy.
• 2-3 additional people can be accommodated up to maximum of 9 for a fee of 10.00 CYP per day per person. For those additional persons we may supply cots on request.
• The prices above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.
• Air-condition use (optional) charged 3.00 Pounds per day, per unit.
