| Pomos
is a quiet village with
a population of 800 people, situated by the coast line (near Polis) in
Paphos district area 45Km from Paphos center.
From the one site of the
village you can find the sea and the beach and from the other
side the forest, where the pine trees lies
up to the sea.

Building
arrangement plan:
The whole building has 2 stories. The owners live at one part of the building
and the rest is divided in 4 apartments where are available for short or
long term renting. |

- No.1: One bedroom with double
bed and double sofa bed in the lounge.
- No.2: One bedroom with double
bed and double sofa bed in the lounge.
- No.3: Two bedroom with double
bed in the one bedroom, 2 single beds in the other bedroom and
sofa-bed in the lounge area.
- No.4: One bedroom with double
bed and double sofa bed in the lounge.

All the apartments have an Air-Conditioning unit in the bedroom.

Provided once a week.

All apartments have WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment.

Every apartment has it's own private veranda with sea view, all equipped
with table and chairs. There you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. |

Directions
to Mouragio Apartments:
From Paphos Airport:
Drive from Paphos Airport
until you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a
1 km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the
motorway to Paphos. At the end of the motorway you will find a
Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis
Chrysochous. You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn right
and drive Eastward. You will find the consecutive villages by
the coast road: Argaka and Ayia Marina and Pomos. The apartments are
situated on the main road of Pomos 500 meters from the beginning
of the village in your left side. (You will see our sign "
Mouragio Flats "). Normal driving it's takes about 50 minutes to
come.
From Larnaca
Airport: Drive for 60 Km to Limassol, then 60 km to Paphos and
then follow the same instructions as above. |

Note for Rental
rates
- Prices are:
- For
3 persons occupancy for the 'One bedroom apartment
- For 4 persons
occupancy for the 2 bedroom apartment
- 1
additional person can be accommodated for a fee of 8.00 CYP per day for
adults and 4.00 CYP per day for child.
- The
prices above include all local taxes and expenses of the apartments.
- Air-condition
use (optional) charged 3.00 Pounds per day, per unit.
Booking
Policy:
A non refundable amount 30% of total
rent is payable at the time of firm reservation to 'secure' the
reservation.
The deposit can be paid
by:
- credit card
(Master Card, Diners Club or visa).
- Western union.
- Banks transfer
(for that we can give you our banks Account)
The balance
it's required to be paid only by cash on the 1st or 2nd day of arrival at
the apartments.
