Description of villas area:
Paphos district area, near Polis. The villa is situated in the coastline
of Pomos just 40 meters from the sea.
The beach in the front of the villa is rocky but the famous Paradise beach is just 2 minutes walk
and it's suitable for swimming.
In the same location of the villa there is a small restaurant (just 50m) and
also another house in the next plot. |

Swimming
Pool:
-
Private overlooking vanishing edge swimming pool
and sea.

The pool is 'L' shape 8.5m x 6.5m with ladder
in the shallow end, depth 0.80m -2.40m
-
Is facilitated with 4 sun-beds
,2 umbrellas and table with 4
chairs.
- We
take care about the maintenance and cleaning of the pool
every 2-3 days or when necessary.
- Heating pool is now
available with the additional cost of €60 per day, min. 3 days.
(If
you need this service pls give us a notice of 3 days prior arrival)

Bedrooms:
In the 3 storey of the villa there are
3 bedrooms and one attic.
-
From the 2 bedrooms
upstairs the one has double bed and the other 2 of
3'6'' beds.
- The
other bedroom downstairs has a double bed.
- In
addition in the attic there is a double sofa-bed which can be used only
for the extra 2 people (up to 8 people)

Bathrooms
and Jacuzzi:
- The one
bedroom upstairs has en-suite facilities with WC, bath with shower
attachment and wash basin.
- The
other bedroom upstairs has also en-suite facilities with WC and wash
basin. This instead of bath has a luxury Jacuzzi.
- For the
3rd bedroom downstairs there is bathroom
with a
shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Because this is not en-suite can be used as for common downstairs.
- In the
attic there is not any bathroom but the downstairs common bathroom can be
used. (Please note that the attic is used for more than 6 people occupancy
only)
Air-conditioners
& Heating
- There are
3
Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating for
all the 3 bedrooms of the Villa.
- The use of
Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the
additional cost of 3.00 Cyprus Pounds per day per unit.
- You may select on request
any no. of units prior or when you arrive at the villa.

Barbeque:
There is a mobile BBQ
in the outside area of the villa where you can cook your grilled meat
using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla".
For that there is the appropriate equipments.
Beach:The
famous paradise beach which is suitable for swimming is just 2 minutes walk
from the villa.
Parking:
There is an ample parking in the front of the villa for up to 4 cars. |

Directions
to the Villa:
- From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until
you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1
km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use
the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the motorway you will find
a Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis
Chrysochous. You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn
right and drive Eastward, then you will find the
consecutive village of Argaka, Ayia Marina,
Nea Dhimmata and Pomos. Just before 200m from the entrance of
Pomos to your left side you can see our sign, the villa is just 30m from
the main road. (opposite of the villa there is a small restaurant 'Paradises
restaurant'.) . Someone will be there and waiting for you.!
- From Larnaca
Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the
motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor
way you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as
above.

Note
for Rental rates
- Prices
are for 1- 6 persons occupancy.
- 2
additional people can be accommodated up to maximum of
8 for a
fee of 15.00 CYP per day per person.
Those additional
persons can use the attic's sofa bed.
- The prices
above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.
- Air-condition
use (optional) charged 3.00 Pounds per day, per unit.

Booking
Policy:
-
A
non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of
firm reservation to 'secure' the reservation.
- If the arrival time is
more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent the villa
for 14 days or more instead of the 30% deposit, you
may alternative pay 10% at the time of reservation and the other
20% to be paid 3 months before
arrival.
You can send the
deposit by:
- Credit card
(Master Card, Diners Club or visa).

Banks
transfer (for that we can sent you our banks Account).
- Western union.
The balance can be paid the first or second day of arrival at the
villa:
- By cash in
local currency or equivalent in UK Pounds/ US Dollars
- Travellers
checks in Euro, US dollars or UK Pounds are also accepted
- Sorry for
this villa we don't accept balance payment by card
Special discount

If the 70% balance
amount will be paid 3 months before arrival by bank's transfer (optional)
you have a 3% discount in that amount.
- If
you wish to pay the full amount by bank's transfer from
the time of reservation (optional) we can make you a 3% discount in this
full amount.
