Main entrance

• The one of the bedroom has sea view and equipped with king size bed.
• The other bedroom (mountain view) has also 2 beds of 3'6''.
• In the lounge area there is a sofa bed that can be used as another 3'6" bed
• 2 additional camp-beds can be supplied on request.
• The villa can sleep 6 people in comfort (means that they use the lounge as a 3rd bedroom)
   
• Linen: Linen and towels are provided once a week, as well as some extra

cooling:
There are fan hugged in the middle of each bedroom and also to the lounge area for cooling during the summer time. The use of fan is free of charge.

3 Air-conditioners:
There are 3 Air-Conditioning units, one on each bedroom and in the lounge area. Their use (optional) are charged with the additional cost of 5 Euro per day per unit.

The lounge area is an isolated area from the kitchen, so comfortable can be used as a 3rd bedroom. This has the following furniture:

• 1 double sofa (this can be converted to 3'6" bed)
• 2 armchairs
• coffee tables

TV 21'' with local channels located in the lounge area

Fire place
In the Lounge area there is a traditional fireplace. This makes a natural warm climate in the lounge for the winter and also makes a good atmosphere for the romantics!

Directions to the Villa:

• From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the  motorway you will find a Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous. You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn right and drive Eastward. You  will find the consecutive villages by the coast road: Argaka, Ayia Marina, Nea Dhimmata and Pomos (about 15 minutes from Polis). Before the end of Pomos village you will see the sign to your right side: Pomos heights villa, just follow the signs where you will arrive after a minute !! Someone will be there waiting for you or the key will be on the door and we visit you later on.
• From Larnaca Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor way you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as above.

Note for Rental rates:

• Prices are for 1- 6 persons occupancy.
• 1 additional person can be accommodated on extra campbed with an additional fee of 15.00 Euro per day.
• The prices above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.
• Air-condition use (optional) charged 5 Euro per day, per unit.

Booking Policy:

• A non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of firm  reservation to 'secure' the reservation. 
• If the arrival time is more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent the villa for at least 14 days instead of the 30% deposit, you may alternative pay 10% at the time of reservation  and the other 20% to be paid 3 months before arrival. 

You can send the deposit by:

• Credit card (Master Card, Diners Club ,visa).
• Banks transfer (for that we can sent you our banks Account).
• Western union.

The balance is required to be paid the first or second day of arrival at the villa by cash only
(just in case we accept travellers checks or the equivalent in GBP or USD)

 Special discount

• If the 70% balance amount will be paid 3 months before arrival by bank's transfer (optional) you have a 5% discount in that amount.
• If you wish to pay the full amount by bank's transfer from the time of reservation (optional) we can make you a 5% discount in this full amount.
