Swimming pool & garden area

Location: The villa situated on the main road, as the last building in Ayia Marina village. The beach and the seas where is suitable for swimming is just 15m across the road. Although the villa is located on the main road there is no noise from the cars due to the reason that the road is low traffic and also to feel more privacy the pool is located on the other site of the building.

Air-conditioners & Heating

• There are 3 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating for the 3 bedrooms of the villa.
• The use of Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the additional cost of 5 Euro  per day per unit.
• You may select on request any no. of units when you arrive at the villa.

Lounge area

Verandas & Garden area: There are sea & mountain view verandas from the both sides of the building with table and chairs. The area of garden and swimming pool  has sea and mountain view.

There is a professional BBQ in the outside area of the villa where you can make kebab and other grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". For that there is the appropriate equipments.

There is an ample parking for up to 4 cars from the both sides of the building.

• From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the  motorway you will find a Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous.  You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn right and drive Eastward to the next village of Argaka, then Ayia Marina village, here we are!  You proceed through the main coast road of the village, the 'Spiti-Damianos villa' is the last building on the right side of the road just on the big turn of the road (Dimokratias No.66). The owners will be there waiting for you.!
• From Larnaca Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor way you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as above.

• Prices are for 1- 6 persons occupancy.
• 1-2 additional person can be accommodated for a fee of €25.00 per person per day.
• The prices above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.
• Air-condition use (optional) charged €5.00 per day, per unit.

• A non refundable deposit amount 25% of total rent is payable at the time of firm  reservation to 'secure' the reservation.

• Banks transfer (for that we can sent you our banks Account).

The balance:
Is required to be paid on arrival at the villa only by cash.
