villa. The main Coral Bay beach (which is the next Gulf) is about 10 minutes
walk from the villa.

Swimming Pool:
Private swimming pool 4x8m with 1 ladder, 4 sun-beds and 2 umbrellas. We
take care about the maintenance and cleaning of the pool every 2-3 days or
when necessary.

All the 3 bedrooms are upstairs, well furnished with fitted
wardrobes.Linen and Towels:
Provided once a week with maid service.

distributed one in each bedroom of the villa.

Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the
additional cost of 3.00 Cyprus Pounds per day per unit.

any no. of units but the arrangement of that should be made in
advance.

Directions
to the Villa: (Address: Coral Bay, Aristo Village 6,
Villa No. 4)
- From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until
you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. When you go to
Paphos follow the signs to 'Tombs of the Kings' and 'Coral Bay'.
When you arrive to 'Tombs of the Kings' road, drive
northbound towards Peiya and Coral Bay along the main coastal road.
After about 10km you will reach Peiya/Coral Bay junction. Turn left into
Coral Bay. Drive for about 1km through the main road lined with shops
and restaurants, pass the 'Crown Resorts' hotel on your right, and down
the road which curves to the right until you reach a left turn where a
big green and orange sign board is. You will notice a few signs
including the 'Coral Beach hotel', and another separate brown sign
reading ' Maa'. Follow these signs to the left and keep driving while
the road curves to the right, pass the 'Coral Beach' hotel and
immediately after the 'Corallia Beach' hotel, both on your left. After
about 200m from the Corallia Beach hotel, look on your left for a small
development of villas 50m off the road with the sign 'Aristo Village 6'.
Take the second turn left leading to the village. Turn first left into
Aristo Village 6. The villa is at the end of the internal cul-de-sac
path, with a small 'Villa Yadni' sign at the gate and the number 4 on
the front door.
- From Larnaca
Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the
motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor way
you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as above
for Coral bay.

additional people can be accommodated up to maximum of 8 without
any extra amount, but those will be accommodated in the sofa-bed
in lounge area.

use (optional) charged 2.50 Pounds per day, per unit.
Booking
Policy:

A
non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of
firm reservation to 'secure' the reservation.

The balance:
is required to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival by bank's
transfer.
